About Amy
Amy Thai discovered aerial yoga in 2018 and was instantly hooked. What started as a handful of classes quickly grew into a full-blown passion, leading her to become a certified aerial instructor in 2019 through Galaxy Lifestyle. She later expanded her practice with a sound healing facilitator certification in 2023 through Peace, Love and Yoga, as well as an Aerial Low Hammock certification and Meditation Training, both completed at Trilogy Sanctuary.
In her classes, Amy blends creative sequencing, playfulness, and strength-building to help students build the foundation they need to grow into confident sequencing and aerial dance. Whether you're brand new to aerial or looking to deepen your practice, Amy's approach keeps things challenging, joyful, and rooted in solid technique.
Beyond her weekly classes, Amy hosts a range of specialized workshops, including aerial burlesque, floating and grounded sound baths, acro-aerial, aerial dance, aerial somatics & sound, mindful movement, and more — offering students unique ways to explore and expand their practice. When she's not teaching, Amy can usually be found camping, behind a camera, hosting game nights, building charcuterie (and pupcuterie) boards, and spending time with her fur baby, Tsuki.
About Rachel
Rachel is a 500-hour certified yoga and aerial instructor based in San Diego. With a background in dance and gymnastics she instantly fell in love with aerial from her very first classes and has been passionate about all forms of aerial arts and performance ever since.
After completing her 200-hour YTT at Trilogy Sanctuary, Rachel went on to complete multiple levels of aerial teacher trainings before traveling to Thailand to complete her 300-hour YTT. She teaches a wide variety of styles ranging from yoga - vinyasa, slow flow, yin, etc. - to all different styles of aerial including aerial yoga, tricks, aerial strength, aerial dance & performance and even low fabric classes.
Her aerial classes blend her love for creative movement, performance and play while creating a supportive & welcoming environment for all. She loves helping students build confidence in the fabric, learn new skills and discover their own artistic expression & just how much they are capable of.

Getting Here
How to Get Here
The studio is located 1km from Lagos. You have international flights into Lisbon and Faro. Depending on your departure city, they are more or less expensive. Generally, within Europe, flights to Faro are cheaper and from the United States Lisbon is cheaper.
From Faro: you can either take a shuttle, a bus or a private taxi/uber to the studio. Generally the price is about 85 euros for private taxi and shuttles are around 12 euros. It’s a 45 minute drive. We can help you arrange group transport if you’re arriving at or around the same time.
From Lisbon: Bus is the best option. It’s about 15 euros and takes 3.5-4 hours to get to the Lagos bus station. From there it’s a 5 minute/5 euro uber to the studio. There are also trains but they take longer and you need to change trains at a station not far from Lagos. We can arrange group pick-ups and help you with transport if you’re arriving around the same time.
