Mornings are structured around two complementary sessions. Afternoons and evenings are completely free — for rest, exploring the local area, or enjoying group downtime.
An intensive session focused on a dedicated theme — split shapes, dynamic drops, duet work, choreography, musicality, hammock control or aerial-specific strength.
A second session spent flowing through sequences and experimenting with the day's theme, without pressure.
The heated saltwater pool, the outdoor jacuzzi, the Algarve coastline, or simply resting — the rest of the day is yours.
